These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Member" or "Player") and kissy988 (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our") with respect to your use of the website accessible at https://kissy988.cam and any associated services, applications or digital content made available through the Platform.

By creating an account, depositing funds, claiming a promotion or otherwise engaging with the kissy988 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety. To be eligible to open and maintain a kissy988 account, a person must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their membership:

• Be acting entirely on their own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;

• Not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor or immediate family member of kissy988 or any of its affiliated service providers;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to their location;

Registration requires the submission of accurate, complete and current personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

kissy988 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle. Standard KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• A copy of a government-issued photo identification document (national identity card, passport or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership where required.

kissy988 maintains a strict policy of one account per individual. Multiple registrations from the same individual, regardless of the name, email address, device or IP address used, are considered a breach of this Agreement and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Members agree to use the kissy988 Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in full compliance with this Agreement. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other Members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional conditions;
• Engaging in arbitrage, advantage play strategies or any conduct designed to exploit pricing errors;
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any financial crime;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, reproduce, copy or distribute any part of the Platform without authorisation;
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing others to use your account.

kissy988 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of falling within the above categories and to take appropriate action including account suspension, balance forfeiture and reporting to relevant authorities.

6.1 Deposits. The minimum deposit amount, accepted payment channels and processing timeframes are published in the Platform's payment information section and are subject to change. Supported channels currently include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect and selected cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and Tether (USDT).

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. kissy988 processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Processing times vary by method and may take between one (1) and five (5) business days. kissy988 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

6.3 Transaction Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply. Current limit schedules are maintained in the Platform's payment information section. These limits may be adjusted at kissy988's discretion, subject to applicable licensing requirements.

6.4 Fraud Prevention. kissy988 employs transaction monitoring systems. Accounts demonstrating suspicious payment patterns may be placed on hold pending investigation. Deposits made with fraudulent payment instruments will be reversed and the associated account suspended.

All bonuses, free-credit offers, cashback schemes, reload promotions and loyalty rewards are subject to individual promotion-specific terms in addition to this Agreement. Claiming any promotion constitutes acceptance of its specific terms. The following general bonus conditions apply to all kissy988 promotions unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering / Rollover: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times (e.g., ×10, ×15 or ×20) before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While bonus funds are active, individual bets are typically capped at MYR 250 to MYR 500 per round, hand or event. Exceeding this limit may void the promotion.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100%; table games, live casino games and sports markets may contribute at lower rates (typically 10%–20%) or may be excluded entirely.
• Bonus Expiry: Uncompleted wagering within the promotion window (commonly 7, 14 or 30 days) will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being removed from the account.
• Maximum Cash-Out: A cap on the amount of bonus-derived winnings that may be withdrawn may apply. Any balance above this cap will be forfeited upon withdrawal.

8.3 Void Bets. kissy988 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest pricing error, system malfunction or circumstances that would make settlement manifestly unfair. Members will be notified of void bets and the original stake will be returned to the account.

8.4 Live Betting. Live (in-play) betting markets close or are suspended based on real-time event developments. Bets accepted by the system before market closure stand; bets placed after the closure period are void regardless of outcome.

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount that may be deposited into the account.
• Loss Limits: Thresholds on net losses over a defined period.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit the reproduction, redistribution, publication, modification, creation of derivative works or any other exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from kissy988.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kissy988 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of winnings, data loss, business interruption or system downtime.

kissy988 does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect access to certain features.

kissy988 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A Member is found to have provided false registration information;
• KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed;
• A Member is found to have registered multiple accounts;
• Suspicious or abusive use of the Platform or any promotion is identified;
• Activity indicative of money laundering or fraud is detected;
• A Member is determined to be under the age of 21.

Members may request the voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure of an account in good standing, any verified real-money balance (net of applicable bonus adjustments) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method.

Any dispute, complaint or query relating to a transaction, game result, sports market settlement or account action should be raised with kissy988 in the first instance by contacting the support team with the relevant account details and a clear description of the issue.

kissy988 will endeavour to acknowledge all disputes within two (2) business days and to provide a final response within ten (10) business days. In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the Member may refer the matter to the dispute resolution mechanism provided under the applicable licensing framework.

Transaction records held by kissy988's systems shall constitute the definitive evidence of account activity in the event of any discrepancy between a Member's recollection and the Platform's records.

kissy988 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Members by notice on the Platform or via the registered email address at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where regulatory requirements or operational necessity require immediate effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. Members who do not accept an amendment should cease using the Platform and contact the support team to arrange an orderly account closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kissy988 holds its applicable operational licence. This does not affect any statutory rights that a Member may have under the laws of Malaysia or any other applicable jurisdiction.

Malaysian users acknowledge that the determination of whether online gambling is lawful in Malaysia is their individual responsibility and that kissy988 makes no representation as to the legality of participation from any specific location.
